Your possibilities

As a pioneer in university education, ELSA – the European Law Students’ Association – offers you both academic and practical activities alongside your studies, including international experience, cross-border communication, project management, and soft skills development.

Through intensive exchange at the European level, ELSA provides law students and young legal professionals with a unique opportunity for personal growth, overcoming prejudices, and discover their own internationality—from the first semester to the start of their careers.

Aside from the fact that ELSA’s activities benefit every law student, actively getting involved allows you to gain early experience in many areas that are crucial for your professional career — project management, negotiation skills, and teamwork are just a few examples.

Whether it’s participating in the largest civil law moot court in Germany, traveling abroad for law schools or conferences, joining English-language competitions, or connecting with students from other universities in Germany and across Europe—ELSA enhances your studies!

“A just world in which there is respect for human dignity and cultural diversity.”
